Refund Policy

🔁 Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-built PCs or configured items

• Digital products or downloads

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale”

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

📦 Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost return packages.

❗ Order Issues

If your item arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
